As HR professionals, we wear multiple hats in our daily work, sometimes acting as HR business partners, other times as HR generalists, and then as recruiters, depending on the needs of the specific project or situation. Our work is extremely varied; beyond labor-related tasks, we actively participate in recruitment and selection processes, work closely with domain leaders, organize community programs, and focus on employee satisfaction. Additionally, we place great emphasis on employer branding. Our HR strategy includes both team and individual goals.
